The West Coast Mens Darts Association hereby gives notice to all members that the 2025 AGM will be held at 7:30pm on Wednesday 19th November 2025 at the Olympic Kingsway Sports Club.
All motions to amend the Association Constitution or Playing Rules, must be received by the Secretary (86thumper@gmail.com) no later than 5PM, Wednesday 29th October 2025, twenty-one (21) days prior to the AGM. The person who submits the motion must be in attendance at the AGM for the motion to be discussed.
Nominations for the WCMDA Committee also need to be submitted to the Secretary by 5PM, Wednesday 29th October 2025.
Current positions up for re-election are:
Vice President (2 Year Term)
Treasurer (2 Year Term)
General Committee x3 (2 Year Term x 2, 1 Year term x1)
All motions and committee nominations submitted after this date will not be tabled at the AGM.
